携帯と充電器、ラジオ、ペットボトル水必要！
ヒール履いてる人は折る！食料は最低３日間は自立しなきゃいけない。トイレは基本ないからビニール袋を。
火事などの２次災害に注意！
パニックになったら周りもパニックになるからしゃがんで「落ち着いて！」と叫ぶ。
ストッキング履いてる女性はできるだけ脱ぐ。火傷したら広がるから。あとナプキンがいい止血帯になるから覚えておいてください。
安否確認はダイアル１７１！できるだけ安否確認で電話は使わないで！救急ダイアルが混乱するから。

被災者のために持っている情報を無駄にしたくないので日記にコピペして拡散してもらえると助かります。
テレビのむこうだけをじっと眺めているだけではいけない。
追記
屋内の場合
●家の中・テーブルの下にもぐる（無理なら座ぶとんなどで頭を守る）
・ガラス片が危険なため、素足で歩かない。
・火の始末はすみやかに。
●デパート・スーパー
・バッグなどで頭を保護。
・ショーウインドウや売り場から離れ、壁際に。
・係員の指示に従う。
●ビル・オフィス
・机や作業台の下にもぐる。・ロッカーなど大型備品の転倒、OA機器の落下に注意。
●集合住宅・ドアや窓を開けて、避難口を確保。
・エレベーターは絶対使用しない。避難は階段で。
屋外の場合
●路上
・かばんなどで頭を保護し、空き地や公園などに避難。
・ガラスや看板などの落下に注意。
・建物、ブロック塀、自動販売機などには近寄らない。
●車を運転中
・ハンドルをしっかり握り徐々にスピードを落す。
・道路の左側に車を寄せ、エンジンを切る。・避難するときは、キーをつけたままに。
・車検証や貴重品は携帯する。
●電車などの車内
・つり革、手すりに両手でしっかりつかまる。
・勝手に車外へ飛び出さず、係員の指示に従う。
●海岸付近
・海岸からすぐに離れ、高台へ

第二段は、

ラブリー日鞠との、大阪めぐり。

Taylorからの延長戦です。

日鞠が手配してくれた、安いとは到底想像もつかない、豪華朝食バイキング付きのホテルに一泊し、いざ、大阪の街に繰り出した。

が、

みぞれ！！！！

三拍子そろってお天候には恵まれませんでした。

しかし、

串カツ屋さんには、恵まれました。

あの例の、ｽｯｷﾘ！！でのMCRが発した、

「ニドヅケダメヨー」

が鮮明に思い起こされるｗｗ

絶対言わされたんだ、日本のビジネスライクなテレビ局に、受け狙いで言わされたんだ！！！

串カツ屋さんって初めて入った。なんと生キャベツが、キャベツがうまい！！（しかもタダ）カツも美味ければ、揚げちゃったトマトだって美味い！！！

おそらく、すべての理由は、やはりあの

たれ

にあるんだろうと思った。

ほんとにおいしかったから、また行きたくなった。

お決まりのグリコを拝み、

日鞠に付き合ってもらって、ついに念願の

アメリカ村へ〜

前かわと訪れたときに発見したロックな服雑貨屋さん

前回は、金欠で、紫のフード付きTシャツを諦めた。本当に苦渋の決断だったから、リベンジ。

やっぱりかわいいものばかりだった。

むっちゃおしゃれな店員さんが、グルーミーをごり押ししてくれた。以前からひそかにかわいいなぁと思っていたGloomyですが、ついに蓋が開いた感じがすた。

むっっっっっっっっっっちゃかわいいじゃん、コイツ。。。

この暴力的な中に、（私が勝手に思ってるだけだけど）どことなく秘めた自虐感、悲壮感、たまらん・・・

結果、Tシャツと、ライブ用のストラップ付きポーチをゲット。お手手がファスナーに。そしてTシャツでは、ファスナーからGが登場。挙句の果てには、Tシャツ顔面ドアップ。

満足。そしてまた行きたい。絶対。あそこは私の天国だ。行けば必ず求めていたものと出会う。

そして、

そのお店で買った、日鞠への遅くなったBPをあげました。一瞬、

（はっ！！！！！）

っておどろいた顔の日鞠がむっちゃくちゃ印象的でした。ハリウッド女優みたいだった（いや、決して演技で驚いたんじゃ、とか勘ぐったわけではなく。）。素敵な驚き顔が、うれしかったです。
