Bella Hadid had a major wardrobe malfunction on the Alexandre Vauthier runway

Bella Hadid is no stranger to the runway wardrobe malfunction, the 21-year-old model had a major wardrobe malfunction back in November 2017 when her nipple slipped out on the Victoria’s Secret runway.

And while major may be a hyperbole here a wardrobe malfunction is just part of the package when you're a model it seems that no one would let the slip miss the headlines, so it seemed major.

This year, Hadid has found herself in the headlines again when walking the Alexandre Vauthier haute couture spring 2018 runway when she suffered a similar malfunction to her 2017 one. While her nipple may have been partially visible (who hasn’t been there once or twice?!) Hadid looked ever the supermodel in the green ruffled coat-cum-gown, latex dress, and sunglasses for added effect.

Who could forget Hadid’s other major runway malfunction/rite of passage, when she fell on the Michael Kors spring/summer ’17 runway in September 2016? Hadid took the fall like a pro and kept her composure but also found time to laugh about it later, likening her fall to a break dancer. Turns out, models really are just like us and yes, they suffer from wardrobe malfunctions like we all do. Unfortunately for models like Hadid though, the world is always fascinated by these runway errors.

Festival Fashion

Festival Fashion: 7 Effortless ways to style yourself for your favourite gigs & concertsIn recent years, we can’t deny that music has had to take a sidestep when it comes to festivals, to make way for another highly important element: its fashion.

Festival fashion has ruled festival-related headlines for years, with events like Coachella being world renowned for eccentric and iconic looks. The festival fashion contagion spread from there to other music gigs around the globe and it certainly is no different over here in Asia.

While head-to-toe glitter, bindis, skimpy clothing and other trends have become ever-present at these music gigs, they’re not always the most practical, age-appropriate (particularly for us ladies past our mid-twenties), or culturally conscious of outfit choices.

As such, we have collected 7 super cool, easy fashion essentials that turn every simple outfit into an effortlessly stylish festival-worthy outfit. Browse them above!

The Orange Is the New Black star stepped out on Sunday for the annual ceremony as a nominee for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. As she walked the red carpet outside of the Shrine Auditorium, the star posed in a black boatneck A-line ballgown by Adrianna Papell with a high-low hem.

Manning paired the dress with white ankle-strap Aquazzura pumps and statement jewelry, including white gold diamond bangles and rings by Gabriel NY. If any fans fell particularly in love with the classic look, they're in luck because the dress is not only available to buy, but also budget-friendly as far as gowns are concerned.

You can now learn to make Chanel haute couture

For its third iteration, Chanel’s Mademoiselle Privé exhibition has hit Hong Kong, opening on January 13 to much fanfare; Kaia Gerber, Pharrell and Caroline de Maigret all made it to the opening, which saw celebrities descend on Hong Kong’s iconic PMQ for a night of Chanel, camellia lanterns and couture.

Having touched down in London in 2015 and Seoul in 2017, the Hong Kong exhibition, which is free, promises to capture “the charismatic personality and irreverent spirit of Gabrielle Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld” while immersing fans in the brand’s DNA.

With a focus on Gabrielle Chanel: Haute Couture, Chanel N°5, and the high jewellery, visitors are encouraged to learn all they ever wanted to about the core pillars of the house and even learn the skills behind the magic thanks to three workshops that will run throughout the exhibition.

The exhibition runs from January 13 to February 10. Chanel has also created a podcast series hosted by Paris and Tokyo-based American journalist Tiffany Godoy, who discusses the theme of creation with founder and CEO of Hypebeast Kevin Ma, French actress and musician Alma Jodorowsky and founder of Liger concept store Hilary Tsui. The High Jewellery workshop will run from January 13 to 18; the Lemarié feather and flower creation workshop from January 19 to 25 and the N°5 workshop from January 26 to February 1.
